2024 KLUBS AND KOCKTAILS
Thank you for supporting another SOLD OUT event. Each year this event supports programming such as the NBA Kappa League youth leadership training and mentoring program. It also helps run of community service programs including out Back to School - School Supply Drive, Thanksgviing Food Drive and Christmas & Holiday Toy Drive & Fundraiser.

BACK TO SCHOOL - SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

Provide school supplies to students in need

Last year we partnered with the Delta Kappa Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc provided over 350 fully packed book bags to three local elementary and middle schools.
FALL/WINTER 2024
DIAMOND 5K WALK/RUN

Promote healthy lifestyle and activities for our community.

We have a goal of having 200 participants this year.

Last year we had over 150 in=person and virtual runners participate in the event.
HALLOWEEN TRUNK OR TREAT

We want to provide a festive and safe environment for children to enjoy Halloween.

Last year we partnered with the Delta Kappa Sigma Chspter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.

We had over 200 people attend the event.
THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE

We partner with the Franklin Food Bank to rovide meals for families in need.

Over the past two years we have collected enough food to feed 2000 people.
CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE

We will help those in need during the holiday season by collecting toys which will be distributed. We will also collect donations to support The Children's Hospital at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick.

Last year we collected over 500 toys and raised $1500 for the children's hospital.

KAPPA LEAGUE
NBA Kappa League is the mentoring program for young men of color (African-American and Latino males) from 6th to 12th grade. The program provides leadership training and mentorship. It has been recognized for the excellence of the program and its members both locally, regionally and nationally. The program proudly boasts a 100% high school graduation rate and 95% our of students matriculate into colleges and universities. NBA KAPPA LEAGUE GRADUATION

The Diamond Foundation Inc. will host the annual Dr. George A. Patterson Scholarship Luncheon at The Pines Manor in Edison, NJ on Saturday, June 15, 2024. This event will feature an afternoon celebrating the amazing young people in our local communities. Graduating high school students will receive scholarships. The Diamond Foundation annually provides a minimum of 5 scholarship apwards between $2000 - $2500.
This event also features the graduation ceremonies of the Class of 2024 of the New Brunswick Alumni Kappa League program. Students will participate in the graduation bow tie ceremony. Each student will publically announce their college/career path decision. The students will culminate the evening signing their Kappa League honor code and college letter of intent.
